Bajrangi Bhaijaan Nomination for Best Picture in IIFA Awards 2016
Salman Khan starring Bajrangi Bhaijaan movie is nominated for the best picture in 17th IIFA Awards 2016. Bajrangi Bhaijaan was one of highest grosser in 2016. Bajrangi Bhaijaan is a story of an Indian man Pavan Kumar, who worships and follow Hindu God Hanuman. Pavan Kumar found an eight-year-old girl in the market who cannot speak and listen. Pavan named her Munni. Later Pavan finds that Munni belonged to Pakistan and decided to drop Munni at Her home. He tried all possible legal ways to reach Pakistan, but he couldn't succeed. After trying all the ways, he met with a person who helped him to reach Pakistan via Border. He finally reached Pakistan and after facing a lot of problems he dropped Munni at her home. All people from Pakistan and India helped him to reach India Back.

Deepika Padukone in and as Piku played an incredible role. Piku's Father Amitabh Bachchan had constipation and troubles Piku every time, but she does all the things to make him comfortable. After a period, They wanted to visit their home in Kolkata. Amitabh Bachchan decides to go to Kolkata by car. Irrfan Khan owns a travel agency and accepts a trip to Kolkata. Due to the behavior of Piku with drivers, all drivers put their phones switch off when they were supposed to arrive at Piku's house to leave to Kolkata. When no one was ready to go Kolkata, Irrfan Khan decided to take Piku's family Kolkata himself.

Irrfan Khan starring Talvar movie is nominated for best movie in IIFA Awards 2016. Irrfan Khan played as a CBI officer who investigates the murder case of a teenager. A 16-year-old girl was murdered in her house, and her parents were blamed for that and got arrested. But still Police couldn't find any confirmed evidence against them and case was transferred to CBI Team, and Irrfan Khan was In charge of the investigating team. Irrfan Khan somewhere found servants guilty by theory, but he couldn't prove it. No one knows why but Irrfan Khan was shattered from the investigation and new officer was appointed for the job. Due to internal politics of CBI office new team tried to make girl's parents guilty. After some investigations, CBI and court made parents guilty and imprisoned.

Kangana Ranaut starring Tanu Weds Manu returns is nominated for the best movie in IIFA Awards 2016. Tanu Weds Manu Returns is the sequel to the movie Tanu weds Manu released a couple of years back. The Movie consists the same cast. In Last movie Tanu and Manu (R Madhwan) got married after a long clash between them and their families. Now in Tanu Weds Manu Returns they separated and went back to their parents. After a time, Manu falls in love with the girl Dutto an athlete from Haryana studying in Delhi, who looks like Tanu. But due to a coincidence Dutto was engaged to Jimmy Shergill. Jimmy Shergill was in relationship with Tanu also and Tanu chose Manu over Raja Avasthi (Jimmy Shergill). This time also Manu was about to marry dutto in in different words the phionce of Raja Avasthi. But at last Manu got married again to Tanu.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh starring Bajirao Mastani is nominated for Best Movie in IIFA Awards 2016. Ranveer Singh is the Leader of army of Marathas and the post was named as Peshwa. Peshwa Bajirao fought many fights and won them. Priyanka Chopra played the role of the wife of Peshwa Bajirao. Bajirao had a great image in people of that time.
Deepika Padukone as Mastani asked Bajirao for help and Bajirao helped her in a war. They both fall in love after that war. Mastani came Pune to live with Bajirao but Bajirao's family did not accept Mastani as Bajirao's wife. Mastani lived in a different palace. after a while Bajirao had to resign from the post of Peshwa and Nana son of Bajirao was chosen as Peshwa. Bajirao had to go to a war and then Mastani was cought by Nana. After winning that war Bajirao got ill and demanded to meet Mastani. Mastani and Bajirao both were dead on the same time.
